The sworn translation is a translation legally recognized in every country, it must be carried out exceptionally by a public translator, duly certified in its respective Commercial Board of its state, so that the translated documents have legal effect in the national territory.
The Sworn Version has the same function as the sworn translation, but the process reversed, that is, when a document in the Portuguese language needs to be translated into the foreign language without losing its legal effect.
